The Idea behind a knowledge cell Came when I read Dr.Kalam;s book Ignited minds where he shared his vision of India being a knowledge superpower by 2020.

The thought of knowledge being interactive learning and All source learning made me think,when all of us are masters at some skills or the other,why not expand our avenues of learning and start a knowledge cell where Current PGDM 2012-14 batch students can take out time and learn from one another.

So A knowledge cell began at IILM GSM.

Mission:

1.To identify students with exceptional talents in the field of fine arts,oratory,theatre,drama and likewise so that we can learn from these students as well as give them due credit.

2.To compete at various events organised within and outside the college premises and to explore ourselves.

3.To grow in learning and skills.

4.To engage students and academicians together in blogging activities of the college.

2. NEWSPAPER DISCUSSION SESSIONS

3.STUDENT CONDUCTED WORKSHOPS ON SKILLS.

4. ONLINE And OFFLINE ACADEMIC COMPETITIONS

5.INDUSTRY AND ACADEMIA INTERFACE SESSIONS.

6.NGO ACTIVITIES.

7.STUDENT ENGAGEMENT ACTIVITIES.

 8.ALUMNI INTERACTION AND PLACEMENT RELATED SKILLS.
